In the midst of the pandemic, city-goers flocked to the suburbs for a slice of home and comfort. If you’re Kai and Garrett though, it’s the perfect opportunity to slide into NYC and soak in the low crowds and new sights. These two have journeyed from east coast to west coast together time and time again. Watching them step out to show me their favorite corners of Brooklyn was an absolute treat! It’s easy to see how quick they are to dive into their community and new stomping grounds and learn all the in’s and out’s of it. Sharing a quiet morning watching the sunrise over the Brooklyn Bridge was worth every early morning step.
