Capturing real moments with real couples may already be tough enough, but shooting a session for an amazing photographer and his wife who is also in the wedding-world doing bridal makeup and hair was just a tad intimidating. But not to fear, Dallas and MacCoy are the kind of people that you meet and instantly feel at home and relaxed with. So when I mentioned that David and I were headed up to the Wanaka Lavender farm in New Zealand, these two jumped at the chance to do a session there with us!

Dallas had been craving lavender field pictures for ages now and so it was only fitting that she slipped into a gorgeous lavender blue dress and Dallas donned a dashing suit as we slipped through row after row of absolutely magical smelling pastel purple bushes. I never would’ve expected to find lavender fields in New Zealand, but it truly has every landscape you could ever want. Enjoy taking a look at their session!
