Intentionality. As I spoke with Wade’s best man, we landed on this word: Intentionality. From the very beginning, Wade and Morgan sought purpose in the many little details they chose to include in their day. Not only were the touches of florals delightful and the make your own lemonade bar so satisfying, but when it came down to the important elements – the ones that last forever – Morgan and Wade had it just right.

The forecast for the entire week showed storms, but day after day, God held off the rain and when it came to June 1st at 6:01 pm, the sun was high and bright and as Morgan linked arms with her father and the doors swung open, Wade’s face lit up. David and I absolutely adored teaming up for this wedding and covering the awesome dance party and the epic photos! And as we sent them off for their sparkler exit, we were so encouraged when Wade looked at us and simply marveled over how God uses marriage to paint a picture of the eternal covenant He has with us.

Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
